Billing Policy
Last updated: March 22, 2026
This policy defines how Abkus SBM charges subscription plans, handles renewals, manages payment failures, and applies suspension or cancellation events. Subscription prices are charged in USD; displayed local-currency figures (when shown) are estimates for convenience only.
1. Subscription plans and billing cycles
- Plan names, included capabilities, and billing cycles are presented on the pricing page and checkout flow.
- Recurring billing may be monthly or yearly depending on the plan selected during signup or upgrade.
- Charges are processed in USD through the currency and provider flow defined by the active commercial configuration.
2. Payment methods and providers
Abkus SBM may use one or more billing providers to process subscriptions, renewals, and lifecycle events. Provider-specific flows may vary by region or payment method.
- Customers must keep payment method and billing contact data current.
- Taxes, legal charges, and local compliance obligations remain the customer's responsibility under applicable U.S. and other jurisdictional rules.
3. Renewals, failed payments, and grace handling
- Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled before the next renewal date.
- Failed or overdue payments may trigger reminders, restricted access, or temporary suspension.
- Suspension does not automatically erase customer data or waive outstanding charges.
4. Upgrades, downgrades, and cancellation
- Plan changes may take effect immediately or at the next billing boundary, depending on the commercial rule in force.
- Cancellation stops future renewals but does not automatically create a refund right for prior charges.
- Service access after cancellation depends on the end of the paid period and any applicable retention policy.
5. Records and disputes
Customers should report billing discrepancies promptly through the support channels listed in the Support Policy. Abkus SBM may request invoice identifiers, subscription references, and provider evidence to investigate disputes.
