Under no circumstances does Abkus assume responsibility for the calculation, declaration, filing, payment, withholding, collection, or remittance of taxes, duties, fees, penalties, interest, or any other legal or regulatory obligations arising from your use of the platform.

The customer remains solely responsible for fiscal compliance in each jurisdiction where it operates, including the correctness of data entered in the system, tax treatment selection, document issuance, statutory reporting, and payment of amounts due to competent authorities. For U.S. customers, this includes federal, state, and local tax obligations as applicable.
