1. Acceptance

By accessing or using Abkus SBM, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, you must stop using the service.

2. Definitions

  • Platform: the Abkus SBM software and related services.
  • Customer: legal entity or individual contracting platform access.
  • User: authorized person using a customer account.
  • Data: information inserted, processed, or generated in the platform.

3. Accounts and access

  • Users must provide accurate account information.
  • Credentials are personal and cannot be shared inappropriately.
  • Customers are responsible for access control and role assignment.
  • Abkus SBM may suspend access in case of abuse, fraud, or legal requirement.

4. Customer responsibilities

  • Use the platform according to law and internal compliance obligations.
  • Maintain data quality and lawful basis for personal data processing.
  • Review financial/operational outputs before business execution.
  • Keep integrations, contact channels, and billing information updated.

5. Platform availability and support

We continuously improve service reliability. Planned maintenance, external outages, and force majeure events may affect availability.

  • Support requests can be submitted through contact and feedback channels.
  • Security incidents are prioritized with traceability and mitigation actions.

6. Fees and billing

Paid plans, billing cycles, and payment terms are defined in the active commercial proposal or subscription details.

  • Overdue payments may lead to service restrictions as contractually defined.
  • Taxes and legal charges follow applicable jurisdiction.

7. Termination

Accounts may be terminated by customer request or by Abkus SBM in case of violation of these terms or legal obligations. Data retention and export follow legal and contractual requirements.

8. Prohibited activities

  • Unauthorized access attempts, reverse engineering, or platform abuse.
  • Use for illegal operations, fraud, or rights violations.
  • Insertion of malicious content or data exfiltration attempts.

9. Liability limits

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Abkus SBM is not liable for indirect losses, loss of profit, or decisions exclusively based on user-entered data without proper business validation.

Under no circumstances does Abkus SBM assume responsibility for the calculation, declaration, filing, payment, withholding, collection, remittance, or settlement of taxes and related legal obligations arising from the customer's business activities. Fiscal compliance remains the sole responsibility of the customer.

Terms may be updated as product, legal, or security requirements evolve. Updated versions are published on this page.
